 Purdue Memorial Mall: Site of John Purdue's grave. Benefactor/business man John Purdue donated $150,000 and 100 acres of land toward the establishment of Indiana's land grant college. Thus, the University bears his name.
 Purdue Memorial Union:
 Stewart Center Mural - The Spirit of the Land-grant College: The 16th President of the United States Abraham Lincoln signs the Morrill Act of 1862 that established the Land Grant university system. The First Morrill Act (1862) granted the sale of public lands to establish an endowment fund to provide support for "Colleges for the Benefit of Agriculture and Mechanic Arts" in each state. Purdue University is the State of Indiana's Land-Grant Institution.
Purdue Bell Tower: The bells play "Hail Purdue!" three times daily at 12:20 pm, 5:00 pm, and 10:00 pm.
 Ross-Ade Stadium Pavilion: The Pavilion replaced the Woodworth Memorial Press Box in 2002. The four-story Pavilion has: a photo deck; the Shively Media Center; suites and indoor club seating.
Slayter Hill: concerts spring, summer and fall; sledding in the winter.
